There are three walking trails on the resort, with abundant bird and wildlife.
Guided Nature Walks
We offer guided walks on the golf estate with our ranger on Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 08h00. On Saturday & Sundays, mornings @ 08h00 and afternoons @ 14h00.
(Max. of 10 pax per walk). Reservations are essential.
Night Drives
A night drive is done on the property on Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday evenings from
20h00 ? 21h30. This needs to be booked in advance. (Max. of 8 pax.)
A fee of R20.00 per adult and R10.00 per child is applicable.
Beach Shuttle
The beach is approximately 1.2 km from the hotel. A shuttle is available to take guests to the beach. Please be advised that there are no shuttles to the beach after 17h00.
Fishing
Fish River Sun has 10 sets of Fishing Equipment for Hire. A R200.00 refundable deposit is required per set and a hire charge of R50.00 per set, per day is charged. Ghillies may be arranged, 24 hours notice is required. (fees involved.)
Please remember that Fishing licenses are required, these can be purchased at any post office.
